Visora provides AI visibility tracking and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) tools. We send automated queries to AI platforms on your behalf to measure how often your brand is cited in AI-generated responses.
You agree to use Visora only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Paid plans are billed monthly. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are not provided for partial months. Billing is handled by Creem.io as Merchant of Record.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. AI platform APIs may change or become unavailable, which can affect scan accuracy. We will notify users of significant service changes.
Visora and its content are owned by Visora. Scan results generated from your website data are yours. You grant us a limited license to process your website data to provide the Service.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI visibility data reflects AI platform behavior at the time of scanning and may not be representative of all user experiences.
Visora's liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes by email.
